Kurt, I may have said this before, but my experience working with you was a very good one.
You were very professional, always responsive, and extremely helpful and detailed
in all information - especially for a first time homebuyer like me. As far as I can tell,
nothing was left out, or left to chance; you covered all bases.
During the search for a place, once you had a good idea of what I wanted, the places
you ultimately showed me were pretty much spot on. I feel like we didn't waste any time,
and I appreciate all the legwork you conducted on my behalf to view listings prior
to us going out to see them. Once I decided on a place, everything was handled so
thoroughly that I didn't have any worries at all. What more can I say than this was
almost totally painless!
The wait to close was a bit longer than expected, but that wasn't controllable,
so no dings to you at all.
I can't tell you how happy I am with the house; well, actually, I can: I'm very happy
with it. The evening of move-in, sitting in my new living room eating pizza,
drinking a Guinness and watching a DVD; the place just felt right: comfortable, already
homey, and very cozy. All my friends are surprised at how nice the place is, and what
a good deal it was.
Was I happy with the process? Yeah, absolutely. I had dreaded this whole house buying
